The PCCI Chamber Management Forum and 49th Philippine Business Conference and Expo (PBCE) was held on October 24 - 26, 2023, at The Manila Hotel, bringing together business leaders from various Local Chambers of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) nationwide and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

As a pre-conference activity, the Chamber Management Forum aims to increase awareness of local chambers and their members on redefining their roles as drivers of local economic development and maximize opportunities for developing and expanding their services through collaboration with partners from the public and private sectors. It highlighted the significant role and contributions of LCCIs in promoting and advocating for its members' local products and services, ultimately benefiting the nation's economy and enhancing local and global competitiveness.
