HISTORY
In 2023, BACCI underwent a significant transformation and officially became PCCI Bataan Inc, aligning itself with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), the national chamber of the Philippines. This change reflects the organization's commitment to staying in harmony with the overarching chamber. PCCI Bataan Inc is dedicated to its original purpose of being the 'voice' of business in Bataan.
Since its inception in 1991, the Bataan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, initially spearheaded by Mr. Rolando Dizon and later duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission, has played a vital role in representing the business sector in the province. The organization aims to streamline businesses towards economic growth and actively participates in various business advocacy and support programs.
Today, PCCI Bataan Inc is under the leadership of Mr. Bryan Joseph Banzon, the owner of ABESCO Construction Development Corporation. As a non-profit organization operating through membership fees and annual dues, it continues to support a variety of programs and projects that benefit both the business community and individual members. The Board of Directors, elected by the general membership, determines the policies and programs, while the Executive Director, delegated by the President, is responsible for organizing and implementing these policies.
True to its mandate of being the voice of the business community, it remains an independent channel for the development and economic growth of businessmen and entrepreneurs in the province. To with:
1. It serves as the lead organization in the crafting of policies for the benefit of the business community in Bataan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
2. It serves as a forum for the business sector to identify, address, and resolve business-related concerns for the betterment of the business community;
3. It fosters, enhances, and maintains effective business relations among members and the community served;
4. It promotes, supports, and develops local enterprises through its various advocacy; and
5. It contributes to economic growth and development by providing business collaborations and opportunities for business development, marketing and research, promotions, expediting needs, employment, trading, tourism, among others.

OBJECTIVES
1. To protect the interests of business community as a whole.
2. To develop a sense of cooperation among their members.
3. To collect and supply useful information to the members.
4. To advise the Government on matter relating to trade, commerce and industry.
5. To bring to the notice of the Government the impact of various laws and regulations on business.
6. To make the members aware of changes in the field of technology, marketing, financing, human resources, etc.
7. To talk to foreign businessmen and explore the areas where businessmen can cooperate and participate.
8. To draw plans and projects for encouraging the growth of trade and commerce in the country.
9. To protect the environment from industrial pollution.
10. To organize educational and training facilities for the members.
